Services
Junk Removal Woodbridge provides junk removal, hauling and related cleanout services in Woodbridge, Virginia and surrounding areas. Specific services, availability and pricing are confirmed at the time of quote or appointment.
Quotes and Pricing
Estimates provided by phone, text, or our online form are preliminary unless confirmed on-site. Final pricing is based on the volume of items removed and is agreed upon before loading begins. For most jobs, labor, loading, hauling, and standard disposal are included in the quoted price. Additional charges may apply for unusually heavy materials, extensive disassembly, or difficult access we will tell you before work starts. Payment is due upon completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or email confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to hold future appointment times for you.
Customer Responsibilities
- Identify all items to be removed before work begins
- Ensure safe access to the pickup location
- Disclose hazardous or prohibited materials in advance
- Obtain permission for removal from property owners when applicable
Prohibited Items
We cannot accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, and certain medical or biohazard waste. If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, contact us before scheduling. We may refuse or stop work on items that were not disclosed or that pose a safety or legal risk.
Liability
We carry insurance for our operations and take reasonable care when removing items from your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junk Removal Woodbridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Virginia law.
